Private deals

The best deals never get published

Some prices drop far enough that the operator asks us not to put them on a public page. We agree to that, so they keep sending them. It means the deepest discounts we have are the ones you will never see here.

We will not pretend the private price always wins. Sometimes it is a few hundred dollars, sometimes a cabin upgrade instead of money off, and sometimes a deal further up this page beats it. We will tell you which.

Send us the month, the region and the budget. We send back everything that fits, listed and unlisted, and say which one we would take.

How these discounts actually work

Worth understanding before you wait for a better one.

Early bird runs about 10 to 15 percent

When a new season goes on sale, launch pricing runs roughly 10 to 15 percent off. Every ship, every cabin grade and every camping and kayaking slot is still open. It is the only window where you pick exactly what you want rather than taking what is left.

The real last minute window is three to six months out

Not three weeks. Four to six months before departure is generally as low as the price goes. After that expect another five percent at most, and by then the cheap cabins have gone.

The cheapest cabins die before the trip does

Triples and shared twins sell out well before the ship does. A departure can stay open for months after its lowest price has gone, which is why a "from" price climbs as the date gets closer.

Booking through us costs the same

You pay the operator's price. There is no agency fee. We are a registered California Seller of Travel and we are paid by the operator, not by you.

Worth reading first

Before you book a discounted departure
  • Every price is per person in US dollars, based on two people sharing the lowest cabin grade that departure still has. Solo travellers and higher grades cost more.
  • Discounts belong to the operator, not to us. They can be withdrawn or changed without notice, and they normally run out when the cabins do.
  • Where an offer says "up to", the top figure applies to selected cabin categories only.
  • Booking through us costs the same as booking with the operator direct. There is no agency fee.
  • If the price drops after you book, you do not get the difference back. That is how the whole industry works. We will go and ask for an onboard credit or a cabin upgrade instead, and we will tell you honestly how likely that is before you book, not after.
  • The operator's own terms govern the booking, including deposit, payment schedule and cancellation. We send you the exact terms for your departure before you pay anything.
  • Flights, insurance, hotels and anything you pre-book on board sit on top of the fare.
  • Checked against the operator feed on 4 August 2026.
