This page currently sets out our Price Match Guarantee. Our full booking terms and conditions are in preparation and will be published here. Until then, the terms of your booking are those of the expedition operator, which we provide to you in writing before you pay any deposit.

Price Match Guarantee

Version 1.0. Effective 3 August 2026.

1. The guarantee

If, before you place a deposit with us, you find a lower price for the same polar expedition departure offered by a competing travel agency, and your claim meets every condition in this policy, we will:

  1. match that price, and
  2. add US$100 onboard credit per person to your booking.

This guarantee applies only before booking. It is not a refund, a rebate, or a post-booking price protection of any kind. See section 7.

2. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” means Antarctica Travel Group, Inc., including its Let’s Go Polar trading name.

“Competing agency” means a travel agency or tour operator that is a separate, unaffiliated business, lawfully permitted to sell the departure in your country of residence, and that holds any licence, bonding or registration required to do so in its own jurisdiction.

“Operator” means the expedition cruise company that owns or charters the vessel and operates the voyage.

“Identical departure” means all of the following are the same on the competing offer as on ours:

“Published price” means a price openly displayed to the general public, or formally quoted in writing to you by a competing agency, and available for you to book at the time you make your claim.

“Onboard credit” means an amount applied to your shipboard account with the operator, for use during the voyage.

3. Conditions of eligibility

Your claim must satisfy every condition below.

3.1 Timing of the claim. You must submit your claim before you place a deposit or make any payment towards the booking with us. Claims made after a deposit is placed will not be considered.

3.2 Age of the competing offer. The competing offer must have been issued to you no more than 30 days before the date you submit your claim.

3.3 Written evidence. You must provide documentary evidence of the competing offer, being either an invoice or an email, which clearly shows all of:

Screenshots without an identifiable agency name, verbal quotes, advertisements that do not name a price for your specific departure and cabin, and offers addressed to a third party will not be accepted.

3.4 Identical departure. The competing offer must be for an identical departure as defined in section 2.

3.5 Published and available. The competing price must be a published price and must remain available for you to book at the time we verify it.

3.6 Lower than our price. The competing price must be lower than the price we have quoted you, compared on a like-for-like basis after any difference in inclusions is accounted for.

3.7 Operator relationship. The departure must be with an operator with whom we hold a current trading relationship. We cannot match a price on a departure we are not appointed to sell.

3.8 Operator approval. Our ability to match is subject to the operator’s approval of the matched price. Where the operator declines to approve it, we cannot match, and this guarantee does not apply to that departure.

3.9 One claim per booking. One successful price match per booking. A claim cannot be reopened after it has been decided, or resubmitted on the basis of a later offer.

3.10 Currency. Where the competing offer is in a different currency to ours, we will convert it using a publicly available mid-market rate on the date we verify the claim, and the comparison will be made on the converted figure.

4. What is excluded

This guarantee does not apply to, and we will not match, any of the following:

4.1 Group rates, block-space rates, charter rates, or rates contingent on booking more cabins or passengers than you intend to book.

4.2 Member-only, closed-user-group, corporate, loyalty-programme, association, alumni or membership-gated pricing.

4.3 Travel industry, travel agent, interline, media, familiarisation or staff rates.

4.4 Opaque, blind-booking, auction, bidding, name-your-price or lottery pricing, and any offer where the operator or vessel is not disclosed before purchase.

4.5 Prices achieved with, or reduced by, cashback, rebates, gift cards, vouchers, points, miles, credit card offers, referral credits, or any consideration returned to you after purchase.

4.6 Prices that are obviously erroneous, mispriced, misprinted, or withdrawn by the competing agency, whether or not withdrawn before we verify.

4.7 Bundled offers, package pricing, or two-for-one and free-companion constructions where the inclusions differ from ours, unless the difference can be isolated and valued in writing by both agencies.

4.8 Expired promotions, promotions that have reached a stated capacity, and prices conditional on a deposit deadline that has passed.

4.9 Unpublished, negotiated, or individually discounted prices that are not available to the general public, other than a formal written quotation issued to you as described in section 3.3.

4.10 Any departure already booked, deposited, or under option with us or with any other agency.

5. How to claim

Email info@antarcticatravelgroup.com with the subject line Price match claim, attaching the evidence described in section 3.3, or call +1 (858) 914-6682 and we will tell you what to send.

We will acknowledge your claim and tell you what we can do. Where we need the operator’s approval, we will tell you that we are seeking it. We aim to respond within two business days, and that is a target rather than a commitment.

We may ask you for further information reasonably needed to verify the offer. We may contact the competing agency or the operator to verify it. If we cannot verify the offer, we may decline the claim.

6. The onboard credit

6.1 US$100 per person, applied to the shipboard account of each fare-paying passenger on the booking.

6.2 It is applied only where a price match is approved and the booking is confirmed and paid in accordance with the operator’s terms.

6.3 It has no cash value. It is not redeemable for cash, is not refundable, is not transferable to another person, booking or voyage, and cannot be exchanged for a discount on the fare.

6.4 It is available for use during the voyage only. Any unused balance is forfeited at the end of the voyage and is not refunded.

6.5 It may not be applied to items purchased before boarding, to pre-paid arrangements, to items the operator excludes from shipboard accounts, or to third-party charges settled outside the shipboard account.

6.6 Its use is subject to the operator’s own shipboard account terms, which prevail over this section in respect of how it may be spent on board.

6.7 If the booking is cancelled for any reason, the credit lapses.

6.8 The credit is not combinable with any other onboard credit, incentive or benefit offered by us, unless we state otherwise in writing. It does not affect credits or benefits offered by the operator.

7. What this guarantee is not

7.1 It is not a price drop refund. If the price of your departure falls after you have booked, whether ours, another agency’s or the operator’s, this guarantee does not entitle you to a refund, a credit, or the difference. Polar expedition pricing behaves like airline pricing and prices move in both directions after sale.

7.2 It is not a promise that our price is or will be the lowest available.

7.3 It does not apply to changes in exchange rates, taxes, port fees, fuel surcharges or operator-imposed increases.

7.4 It does not oblige us to sell any departure at a price the operator has not approved.

8. General

8.1 Verification and discretion. We reserve the right to verify any claim and to decline a claim that does not meet these conditions. Where a matter is left to our judgement in this policy, we will exercise it reasonably and in good faith.

8.2 Amendment and withdrawal. We may amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time. The version in force is the version published on our website at the moment you submit your claim. A claim already accepted will be honoured on the terms in force when it was accepted.

8.3 Errors. We reserve the right to correct errors in our own published or quoted prices, including after a claim is submitted.

8.4 No waiver. If we accept a claim that does not strictly meet these conditions, that does not waive any condition for any other claim.

8.5 Severability. If any provision of this policy is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

8.6 Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8.7 Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

8.8 Relationship to booking terms. This policy sits alongside our booking terms and the operator’s terms and conditions. Where this policy conflicts with the operator’s terms in respect of the voyage or the shipboard account, the operator’s terms prevail.
