The fine print

Terms and conditions

  1. Anyone 18 or older can enter, wherever you live. Void where the law doesn't allow it.
  2. One entry per person. More than one Facebook comment from the same person still counts as one entry.
  3. No purchase necessary. Booking a cabin doesn't improve your chances of winning.
  4. The prize is one Superior Cabin for two on the 11 December 2027 charter from Ushuaia, and only that charter. No cash value, no transfers, no other dates and no swaps.
  5. The winner pays for everything beyond the cabin. That includes travel to and from Ushuaia, hotels, onboard bills and anything else.
  6. The winner pays any taxes on the prize.
  7. Booked this charter directly with ATG, before or during the giveaway? You can still win. If you win, we refund your booking up to the current price of a Superior Cabin for two. If you booked a more expensive cabin, we take that amount off your balance instead.
  8. Booked this charter through one of our partners? You can still win. You stay responsible for that booking, including any cancellation fees if you cancel it to rebook with us. The refund in the rule above only covers bookings made directly with ATG.
  9. Hold a cabin during the giveaway and we waive your deposit until the draw. After the draw you have 7 days to pay your deposit or the hold is released.
  10. Entered and didn't win? Book this charter directly with ATG by Monday 26 October and get $500 off per person.
  11. Entries open Monday 12 October and close Saturday 17 October at 11am Pacific time. We draw the winner live on Facebook at noon Pacific the same day.
  12. We contact the winner by email and Facebook message. They have one week to reply. If they don't reply, can't make the trip or aren't eligible, we draw a new name.
  13. To enter you join our mailing list. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click and we honor it promptly. We follow CAN SPAM and California rules.
