Not for Antarctica itself. Antarctica is not a sovereign country and issues no tourist visa, because there is no conventional immigration system to issue one. What you do need is a valid passport for the country your expedition departs from and for anywhere you transit, and depending on your passport and route that can mean a visa, an electronic travel authorisation or a transit permission for Argentina, Chile, Australia or New Zealand.
The practical version: nobody stamps you into Antarctica, and the paperwork that matters is all about getting to the ship.
There's no Antarctica consulate either. If you need to ask someone a question, it's the immigration authority or consulate of each country you'll actually enter, the one responsible for your place of legal residence.
We can tell you which countries your itinerary touches and what to ask them. We can't tell you that you personally will be admitted, because that depends on your passport, your route, your length of stay and sometimes your recent travel history.
